The standard seats are covered in fabric, though you could pay more for a water resistant cover to prevent sweat from being absorbed into the cushions and creating a smell. The boss usually has a larger and more comfortable version of the office swivel armchair, most of the time it resembles a black leather throne. It is usually covered in black leather, but has basically the same functions as the standard office chair. The main difference is in the way that the chair pivots on its central post, it allows for more movement by the seated person. For example if you lay back in the seat your body weight will cause the whole chair to follow you and slightly angle itself back. This allows for extra comfort, as you can lie back during your free time and relax.
